I just had a new shower installed at my investment property today and I couldn’t be happier with the entire Bath Fitters team. From the very beginning, our sales consultant Brooks was fantastic — knowledgeable, zero pressure, and he took the time to explain all the options and make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price.

Had an amazing experience with bathfitters this week. Had mine installed quite a ago. Spoke with someone in the office who got back to me the next day and gave me an appointment in a couple of days.Chris came and fixed the problem in no time. Best customer service I have in a long time. Thank you all.
Had Bathfitters install my bathroom back in 2008 I called Bay State Bath They gave me a price of 21k for a one day install I told them for that price Icould put in a whole new bath Called Bathfitters they gave me a price less then half of Bay State, had them come in two workers showed up gutted and installed in one day did a Great Job and cleaned up afterwards would highly recommend over Bay State Bath Fitters makes all parts in house also worked with Dan the owner on a couple of things he was great...Job WELL Done Guys and very polite
