It was easy to get in contact with him and communicate for what I wanted because I had a specific idea. He did amazing work and the ring turned out beautiful. He was reasonably priced and time frame.
Working with Lincoln at Arcwood was so special! My wedding band decision was a lot of trial and error. For four years, I tried different rings, all of which had some sort of issue (rubbed against my engagement ring, weren’t comfortable, etc.). I walked by Lincoln’s store after lunch one day and my friend mentioned that he wanted me to check it out because he knew I had been struggling to find a wedding band I love. Fantastic! My wedding ring (purchased several years ago off Etsy) was in need of serious restoration. Lincoln was enormously helpful, first in explaining his process and then in doing an absolutely incredible job with the restoration. The photos show the before/after, and probably don't quite do his work the justice it deserves. Couldn't be happier. Amazing work!
