She recently needed a surgery and Dr. Otis was wonderful before, during and post surgery, offering professional and compassionate care throughout the experience. Dr. Bowater and her staff were wonderful, accommodating us by performing the procedure in the back of my wagon. Sarah fed Hector treats, and he received a lot of loving. He didn’t even seem to notice the injection given, while he was chowing down on treats.
