I am so pleased with this service. Home delivery includes pick up and return within a few days. The sheets are folded so perfectly the clothes cleaned and folded back into a plastic bag they notify me by text for pick up. Scheduling is easy and their pricing is very reasonable. They are a gift for this very bad back!

Will never return to this place, they took our money fast enough then gave us back filthy dresses. When I called to discuss they said "come in and we'll see what we can do" I wasted another trip there and they tell me the dress is not cleanable?!? They were not helpful or professional. They refused to refund our $65.00. I went around the corner and paid 40 for dresses that CAN be cleaned.

First let me say that the majority of these reviews here appear to be from disgruntled people who took the time to trash Pier Cleaners. This shop has 100's if not 1000's of satisfied clients and these reviews are definitely NOT the norm. I have used their pick-up service and have dropped off dry cleaning and they have been wonderful. I have never had an issue here and have frequented Pier Cleaners for a least ten years. It is not the closest dry cleaner to me, I live in Narragansett, but I trust them and have NEVER had a problem. I highly recommend Pier Cleaners! They are reliable and my clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned!
