Tyler arrived quickly and fixed the issue which apparently was a result of something incorrectly done when the system was installed last August. Fortunately, the problem showed up just before the installation warranty expired.
Alex came for yearly maintenance of our air-conditioner. Very professional. Took his time. Was very thorough and kind. We r so happy we switched to this company. Office staff very kind.
We had an emergency call today concerning our A/C units, with the first warm days just ahead. Neither exterior unit was working. Placed a call for service, and heard back from a field serviceman within 10 minutes. He was at our home less than 30 minutes later. Jason did a great job in diagnosing and explaining the problem and completed the repairs. The A/C is back on! Thank you Jason and Car-Jon!
