Tyler arrived quickly and fixed the issue which apparently was a result of something incorrectly done when the system was installed last August. Fortunately, the problem showed up just before the installation warranty expired.
CarJon went above and beyond for me yesterday when a routine furnace check up lead to the discovery of a gas leak. It actually was leak from a pipe that was 3 floors above us but converged in our condo. They called RIEnergy with me and explained to the emergency technician what was wrong. The supervisor and their gas specialist all stayed and kept us safe while assisting the gas tech, the condo board, the management company and lastly a plumbing company. Before they left they made sure I understood what was happening and what the others were doing. I can’t thank you enough for all you did yesterday and not deserting me!
2 Different techs came to house to help get our heating system going. First day was Shaun G. and today Joseph B. Both were so helpful and pleasant. These guys are top notch! Can't say enough good thing about our experience from initial call through service. Highly recommend this company.
