I love this place. 10/10 I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time. Mentally I’m learning new skills, physically I get a sweaty awesome workout, emotionally I have gained more confidence in my ability to defend myself. ?❤️

I would like to commend AMA of Smithfield for their service to the community. They provided turkeys and items to people this Thanksgiving. My neighbor received a basket with a note of encouraging words. It demonstrates the true meanin of the martial arts in providing an example to their students of awareness for others and to treat them with kindess and empathy!!. Thank you

AMA is great, and Mr. Binyamin is world-class. Not only does he treat the kids with respect, but he also earns it in return, as does all of the instructors. Besides being a place to learn martial arts, they host many events throughout the year for students and their families. They offer free introductory classes, so I highly recommend you check it out.
