My son has been enrolled at Mastery in Johnston since October 2025 and it has been a really positive experience. Focus and self control were a real issue at school and at home. We tried other extracurricular activities that didnt work out and someone told us karate could be a good outlet. The reviews for Mastery Johnston were pretty compelling and they definitely live up to the hype. Since joining our son has definitely improved at school and at home with regards to focus and self control. Mr Russo and Mr Z do an amazing job teaching kids important values and working on control and communication. We have tried many different activities and my daughter chose martial arts it’s not easy and it takes practice and dedication but my child loves and looks forward to class and I want to say a lot has to do with the awesome teachers and legacy team that take the time to know their names individually and also help them exceed!
