Did a cash and carry deal with these guys and it was awesome. We tried a couple places to find a really dark cherry pre finished hardwood and other ppl gave us the run around. The owners are great, no BS, and have a great sense of humor.
Ace was the best. We went in and ordered the floor and were informed it was in stock and could be delivered next week. They delivered right to my house in Providence and even brought it upstairs for me. WOW! The floors looks great and we are super happy.
Gents--I will be back once I tear up more carpet without my girlfriends permission.
I worked with Troy at Ace and his service was excellent. He was professional and courteous, even in a return situation where other companies might not have been as accommodating. I really appreciated how I was treated and would recommend Ace based on that experience.
Ace just completed a 6-day demo, installation and refinishing project at my home. I am extremely happy with their work! Their professional team of installers removed my old stubborn kitchen tiles which were adhered to layers of cement, wire mesh, linoleum, and plywood. Then they installed the new hardwood in the kitchen and front hall and refinished the floor of the adjacent family room with care and precision. It feels like a new home. Each of the 6 mornings they would let me know what they would accomplish that day, and each afternoon, after they’d tidied up their workspace, they’d tell me what the plan was for the following day.
