Pilates Stance
“I was visiting Rhode Island for the weekend and dropped into this studio for a Sunday morning Pilates/stretch class! Class was fantastic, a great mixture between barre, core strength and relaxing stretching. Maria, the owner of the studio and instructor, was very knowledgable and took the time to modify movements for people with limitations or injuries. She took the time to help each member in the class reach their potential. Next time I am in the area, I will be dropping in for another class!”
