Jim and his son Mark were a great team removing an old fiberglass tub from 1985 and installing a brand new acrylic tub and Symmons shower valve. They were on time, quick, clean, and efficient. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. They're a great team! Also... there was no insulation behind the tub and they made sure they installed new insulation as part of their service.

Accolades to Jim Watson and his dealings with me and my daughter. On Saturday, October 20, 2012, an emergency developed where the main water valve broke, shutting off all water to the house. Unfortunately, we contacted a host of plumbers and NONE answered with the exception of two. Roto-Rooter PROMISED to have a technician on the premises between the hours of 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Then, at about 2:00 PM, Roto-Rooter called and rescinded its promise. Jim Watson from Royal Flush returned a call immediately.
