“I've got to say, I'm highly impressed w/ Dr. Paolucci. My wife went in today to have hear teeth looked at.. Like many of us, (myself included) she wasn't a huge fan of going to the dentist.. .She said that Dr. Paolucci was an absolute saint. The fact that they are willing to make/take "payment plans" says a-lot... At-least to me it does. My wife called them last week and explained that her previous dentist dropped her insurance and she would have to pay out of pocket.. We called Dr. Paoluccis office and was able to get her in to see them in about a week.. They say things happen for a reason.. If things didn't work out the way they did, my wife wouldn't have met Dr. P. Staff was kind, eager to answer questions, and explained things... Thank you Dr. Paolucci (He's on a whole different level then any other dentist i've been too)! -kb“

“I recently switched dental offices. I have had numerous dental issues over the years and had always struggled with my former office being very insensitive and unhelpful. From the moment I entered this office, I could feel a totally different experience. The secretary was so cordial and accommodating. The hygienist, I believe her name was Karen, was immensely helpful and kind. She really took the time to listen to all my tooth concerns and was gentle and caring. Lastly, Dr. Vivian was very attentive and cordial as well! I would recommend this office to anyone, particularly to someone who feels like they have many dental concerns and really needs that extra attention. I couldn’t have had a better experience, what a huge relief after the nightmare at my former dentist! I finally have a solid plan to fix my teeth!“

“Parking is right next to the building and entrance is in front of the building. I made the appointment within a day due to an emergency tooth pain. When you walk into the clinic, you're met with the friendliest receptionist. The clinic itself is located on the bottom floor/basement. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes and they get you in almost right away. The dental hygienist is the friendliest person also. She makes conversations with you, tries to get to know you, and tries to make you feel comfortable. If you don't want to talk she's good with that too. All while she's establishing good rapport with you, she's taking care of the dental cleaning and assisting the doctor with the procedure. She attended to my needs and ensured I was comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Rubinstein herself is nice also. She attended to multiple patients at once with ease. With all the needles and drills going inside my gums, I felt absolutely no pain during and after the procedure. I was anxious about my treatment but this clinic revived my hope in getting dental procedures again. After the appointment, they get all my requests done in a timely manner. If you have any urgent needs and are in the Providence area, Dr. Rubinstein and Ducoff's clinic is a good spot to establish dental care.“

He fully explained everything as he went along, always being sure I was ok with each step. He was beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable, not just in dentistry but in many areas of life. It was wonderful and refreshing to hear all he had to say, during my root canal, which also kept my mind off the procedure, and I did not feel one bit of discomfort during the entire process!
