Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care provides comprehensive adult primary care services that support the health and wellness of patients, including preventive care and chronic disease management. The practice team consists of clinicians, physicians, advanced practitioners, medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist and a practice manager. Each member of the care team is committed to providing high‑quality patient‑centered care in a comfortable, safe and friendly environment. Doctors are amazing, wonderful and awesome. Staff are friendly, professional, smiling and personable. Medical assistants and LPN staff evaluate blood pressure quickly and efficiently, helping to alleviate concerns. The nurse is always friendly and professional. The practice provides a comfortable environment and chronic disease support. Some patients have expressed concerns about appointment and office location. Highly recommend the practice for its comprehensive care, high‑quality service and patient‑centered care.
This is a review of Brown Health. And not specifically this location. There is a lack of clarity and understanding among Brown Health staff as to which of us with United Healthcare insurance are covered and which are not. And for which services and procedures. Two different Brown staff gave me different information. After requesting repeatedly, for one month, for clarification in writing, no call backs, no emails. Guess they are not interested in increasing patient utilization of their services.
Everyone that I dealt with, from reception to discharge was courteous, kind and professional. Dr. Cunningham was very helpful and understanding and on time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Horrible professional ship I have chronic kidney disease the doctor gives an appointment to me a year after the last one and sends me 45 mins away to another office instead of the office which is 5 mins away from me .And to top it off she decided to take care of 2 other patients that had later appointments then me these 2 ppl signed in after me 1 was 230 app the other was 245 mine was 200 and I was the one who sat in the room for 50 minutes doing nothing then the lady's at front counter laughed when I said I had chronic kidney disease as if it not a problem 👌 I'm only only gunna end up on dialysis soon my creaton level was 9.0 I should be in the...read full review
