I had my initial experience with Aqua Science today and am extremely pleased.I placed an online order over the holiday and called them for a status check and was informed that the order was ready for shipment. Being local, I requested pickup instead so I can get to work on my project right away. They were happy to hold my package at the warehouse and I did just that. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I got home and noticed that one of the fittings was incorrect. I called, left a message, and got a return call within 15 minutes.
