Mom went to get her hair done, she went in just to cut some few inches of the tip of her hair.

I was not there, but what she experienced here infuriates me.

She was charged a certain amount, and she kindly added $5 to cover her tip. When mom see’s the charge from her credit card, she was charged $15 extra to include the tip. A $15 tip she could not afford and had no intention on giving it.

Mom calls the salon, the lady gave her an excuse saying “it’s the system’s fault”

This happened some time ago, and when we talk about hair salons, she always mentions how rude they serviced her and how intrusive they were with the tips. I do not recommend any place that plays games like this, and the employee that did this to her is still working there.

I went into to get a haircut yesterday and asked for a haircut with a couple layers and this is how it came out. She didn’t even blow dry my hair out I had to do it myself. I was in a rush but when I got home I looked at it more and realized that she messed up my hair so bad so I went back in and politely told her it’s not what I wanted and she refused to give me my money back besides the $12 tip that she threw towards me on the counter. I will definitely not be returning idek if she’s licensed to cut hair at this point.

Glenny is great I love going there for my haircut and also my shave the place is so kind she is pleasant to deal with she did a great job with my wife and my two daughters hair also thank you for a job well done

My mom was there quite recently and had an appointment. She got there ON TIME. The lady kept cutting other people's hair and kept ignoring the fact that my mom was sitting RIGHT THERE and waiting. My mom had to walk out. It's safe to say we will not be returning. My mom had been going there for years. 👎🏼

I LOVED IT VERY FRIENDLY I was very satisfy I would recommend friends family to go to Victoria's Beauty Salonm excellent and very professional place Me encanto!

So I cut my hair here often because its the closest place. But the way one lady not calling names works here is absolutely terrible. She is always on her phone either watching a video playing music etc. Phone calls for her last for half the hair cut so she sut hair while talking kn the phone and tons of yelling for no reason. Conversation with other co workers are just yelling from across the place, and when they go in the back you could finished lunch with how long it takes not even being here, for around 10, 20 min at a time. So if you want a quick hair don't come here or for hair dye don't come here.
