This is only the second time in my life I have left a review anywhere, but this has gone on for months. I've had to call the Resident Clinic several times over the last year for my elderly Aunt. When the phone is answered by Amaris (that's the name she gave me), there is always a problem. She is rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. She speaks over you, interrupts you, doesn't listen to what you are asking, and then gets aggravated when you repeat yourself. Terrible customer service. Dr Krystel Feghali is a terrible endocrinologist. Clearly inexperienced. I would recommend switching doctors. If I could do lower stars, I would.Listen, if she gets recommended for you. You are welcomed to try her. You were forewarned.

I'm trying to be as nice as I possibly can, but this place is an absolute joke the staff very nice at times only when the right individuals are working. I've been coming here for year's and wish I've never set foot here. I hate not having a personal connection with my doctor. Literally every time I go I have a new assigned pcp. My last visit left me extremely upset. The doctor/assistant was more concerned with scheduling for another appointment than actually helping me. I'm really not someone who leaves bad reviews but I've been patient enough to see if things would change only to be more unsatisfied...avoid this place..
