Working with John James was great. During this difficult time he made the planning process easy and smooth. During our initial visit he was very informative and helpful as he walked me through everything my family needed to sort out/get done. After our meeting, he reached out and continued to check in and answered any questions I had. He was very patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. And in the future, if needed, I would definitely work with him again.
John James and his staff did an Excellent Job with my dad's services. He went above and beyond to solve a few unexpected problems that were outside of his control. Obviously dealing with a loved one's loss is not a pleasant experience, however it was made as painless and easy as possible.
