RR showed up within 2 hours in the midst of this cold snap. Jamari was professional and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently to remove the blockage in our drain. I would definitely call for Jamari in the future
I made a phone call about a drain issue and they were at my house in under an hour. Got a great estimate and they began working immediately due to an emergency situation. Unbelievable how well we were treated. Extremely professional, not overpriced, and took care of what could’ve been a very serious problem.
We had replaced an old Refrigerator that had been leaking water caused by a broken hose that at one time helped the frig make ice. We thought it was safe to buy a new fridge thinking that the leaking problem was behind us. So we went ahead as planned and replaced our kitchen floor, and suddenly we discovered more water. The installers found a broken hose coming from the wall that was leaking. We needed help quickly. I called a few places that could not help us immediately but Roto Rooter came through.
