Today I had annual service done on my Mitsubishi mini splits by Regan. The tech Chris was exceptional,
His customer service skills and professionalism were over 110%.
I needed advanced maintenance on my mini splits , which I was very aware of from last year.
Chris was accommodating and was able to perform these tasks.
Chris”s attention to detail and his ability to communicate every step of the way was amazing.

Regan has been servicing my heating and central A/C system for a few years and doing fine. I recently had my A/C unit replaced after 15 years of use. The sales person, Roland, came to the house, looked at the system and gave me options and made his suggestion for replacement. He followed up quickly with a confirming quote for the amount he mentioned. The installation date was set but I cancelled it twice due to our recent 100+ temperature days. We just had a 3.5 ton Bryant unit installed to replace a failing 18 year old Trane. The sales person, Roland, was great to work with right from the get go on the project. Then Dexter and Zeus did a awesome job. I felt bad for them as two of the days the temp was around 90 degrees outside making the attic supper hot.
