We recently hired Regan to install ductless AC and heat pumps.
Our house was built in the 1930's which can make an HVAC project like this complicated. Mike handled the initial consultation and was excellent. He clearly knew the product well and instead of pushing the biggest system he could sell us, he took the time to design something that fit the layout and quirks of an older home. We appreciated his honesty about what we actually needed.
The installation crew was just as good. They arrived on time and were courteous the whole time. At the end of the each day they made a point of cleaning up.

We couldn't be happier with our new split HVAC units and the truly outstanding service provided by REGAN. We had initially consulted another contractor, but when Roland visited us from REGAN, he provided an alternative plan which would provide saving money, labor, space and minimal invasiveness. Roland was extremely personable and sympathetic to our specific needs. The knowledge and service provided by his maintenance staff was top-notch and professional. Their tutorials for us on the operation and maintenance of our new units was second to none. I cannot recommend REGAN, and their Home Comfort Specialist- Roland Jarvis- highly enough. ???
Roland is the best—very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Treats your house as if he was making decisions for his own—I really appreciated him looking out for the longevity of the system and being so thorough.
