A well oiled machine, they are all extremely organized and capable of seamless communication both with subcontractors and clients. RH focuses on precision, quality, and gets all the many, many details absolutely right. They finished on time (actually a couple of days early!) and on budget, which had never happened to us before. Red House Design Build is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ firm. Justin and his team worked with me and my husband Anthony on creating a 2 car garage and porch addition to our existing 1973 Cape Cod home in the East Bay. I was EXTREMELY nervous because this is my childhood home that my parents built and it was important for the addition to not look like an addition. Needless to say, I had several requirements, ideas and Red House understood them all and worked with us until we were happy with the designs. They brought my vision to a beautiful reality! When we began to seriously consider renovating instead of moving, I did a lot of research and kept coming back to Red House. I called several references, pored over their website, and probably read every one of their blog posts.
