Great customer service and genuine care. The massage techniques remind me of Eastern style massage therapy. I've tried their reflexology, chair massages, and full table massages—all have been excellent. The experience each time was relaxing and effective. One thing I highly recommend is communicating your needs and preferences before the session so they can tailor the treatment to you. The owner is kind and the staff is great!

We have been to QI Balance Spa many times. We typically get the 40 minute foot reflexology. I always call ahead as they are typically very busy. It's always easy to get an appointment. We always leave refreshed and relaxed. Definitely recommend QI Balance Spa for a quick pick me up!
