Casey Butler is the greatest hair stylist of all time, that I've ever had the privilege to be the chair of. She got my hair *so right* after it was a complete mess, in complete shambles after I had bleached it so many times myself. When I first came to the salon, she and her team members were patient with me and she said she would help me fix my roots.
When I came back a week later, she said she had been thinking of what to do over the whole past week, and would work with me step-by-step to achieve the results I wanted.
