I have had the opportunity to work with Meridian custom homes in many capacities. I have worked with them while landscaping their clients new builds, their model homes and their personal homes. Working on any of the above I would have to say that the owners Alex and Rod and their project managers are always right there when I need them. This is key when you are trying to meet deadlines. Most builders/developers do not accommodate unique situations throughout the build process. They are humble enough to admit a mistake and quick to fix. Total satisfaction with our Meridian custom home at The Preserve at Mill Pond. Well built, quality detail/upgrades, and the support team seals the deal after moving in. Steve Choquet and his team are accessible, responsive, and help out with the big and small, for a year after moving in. Alex (owner) has been helpful and doesn’t just “move on” once the development is sold out. Back to Steve, total rock star!
