My elderly cat got out and wandered off and was picked up and delivered to City Kitty to see if he was chipped. I was out of town and they were able to board him until I got back the next morning. He was well cared for and it was a great part of an otherwise unfortunate situation. Thank you!

Absolutely love City Kitty! They are always so kind! We have 2 cats one senior and one kitten and the staff is always so pleasant and supportive. They have a welcoming atmosphere and their own shop cats who are friendly.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of care and first impression I got from City Kitty. I switched from a prior practice who had to "ask a dr" and call me back (which often never happened) for every single question I called about, especially to request any appointments which often booked weeks out. The atmosphere at the prior practice was very sterile, with often extremely long wait times in an uncomfortable, dark and drab waiting area, because they had 'no rooms available' even despite a booked time slot. City Kitty? The complete opposite. I called and spoke to someone immediately, extremely friendly, without needing to wait on hold.... read full review
