A waste of time unfortunately.. I came right when they opened, greeted by an unpleasant secretary- that’s not surprising anywhere these days but it should be.
I came in with a very swollen and painful foot. Clearly inflamed possibly due to my previous hx of plantar fasciitis and plantar fibromatosis. I could not bare ANY weight on it and had only slept one hour last night. So clearly in pain. Alexus Skobodzinski, M.D provided me with an X-ray and crutches. That was it. No explanation of what could be wrong nor any empathy for what I was experiencing at this time (was empathy not a part of the curriculum before graduating? It should be. Please do better, you’re dealing with real life people.) I was prescribed Tylenol and ibuprofen..I should have also been given prednisone which I learned after going to a different location that day.
The symptoms I had were not unusual, and so it should have been a simple visit. I was not pleased with the care.

Helpful staff and nurses are very helpful. If people complain of waiting too much that depends how many patients are there.

Said my Medicare card was no good when it was, sent me away, never going back.

They stop taking patients 2+ hours before they close? How is anybody supposed to show up after work?

Dr. Jibril was pleasant, she listened to my symptoms and didn’t rush through the appt. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. The office is bright and clean, overall a very positive experience.

I had to wait a long time which is not unusual for such facilities but when I was finally seen they did not check my temperature, even though fever due to flu was a main reason I had I come in for, and after I had to ask if they would they did so very quickly and only externally which for some reason gave a wrong, completely normal reading of 98F even though I had been experiencing fever of 102-103.8F for the past two days. After that I at least got a prescription for the medication I needed. It was a good reminder of how varied the quality of care is from place to place, and the importance of having a good physician. Now I am back home with 102.8F, hopefully to subside soon.

They also told me that it is fine unless my temperature gets to 106F, when I should go to the ER. I looked this up and it is just not accurate.

Just horrible and not trained well. If someone says they think they have Covid and list dizziness ass a symptom I don’t think they should have the person stand and check 2 people in back to back. Along with trying to say I was being disrespectful smh barely had the energy to speak hence the reason they couldn’t hear and when I speak up it’s called disrespect but yet I believe they could’ve asked if my child’s info was the same as mine instead of me wasting energy. Cause then I fainted and I blame the 2 females at the front, long hair brunette and a dyed blonde. SMH just horrible I’ll never go there again. You ppl have no real care for patients that you see are visible sick !

Worst place ever, spent 3 minutes in room didnt even ask me my name, allergies, health conditions ect. I went to be assessed for the flu, strep and ear infection never even looked in my ear, told me he would send a script for tessalon pearls for my strep throat and tamiflu and 3 days later they still never received the script. This place is a scam probably got thousands for the 3 swabs and didnt help me at all, I am wven reporting them to my healthcare co. They definitely should pay

They were super helpful and timely, I was dealing with a terrible shoulder sprain and couldn't pin point whether it was a fracture or just sore. My visit took less than an hour, and I got my x-ray results in minutes. Plus the center looks so clean compared to other UC centers I've been to.
