I have had the absolute pleasure of having Steve come out to my house and save me several times, until it was time for a replacement. My old boiler was an antique, and he managed to get it going every time! He’s the boiler whisperer lol and he’s honestly one of the nicest most knowledgeable people in the industry. Today he installed a new heating system that is efficient, and a serious upgrade that’s going to ensure we have a nice warm winter , while I was away at work all day. I have been using this service for years. But I just tried both numbers I have for them and both are disconnected. I will keep on trying - I hope they have not closed for good. Maybe Steve retired to Florida. I found them to be very dependable with quick service and reasonable fees.:(
A little more than a month ago, our heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year. Good timing, right? The follow morning with the temperature dropping into the 50's, I made a few calls to some of the bigger companies in town, and they weren't able to come out for several days, or even almost a week. That would have meant frozen pipes for sure! I called Johnny's because they installed a gas boiler for one of my relatives. I had always thought they just delivered oil. Steven showed up later that day and got my heat up and running in a matter of minutes, at the time it appeared to be a loose wire.
