Working on any of the above I would have to say that the owners Alex and Rod and their project managers are always right there when I need them. This is key when you are trying to meet deadlines. Most builders/developers do not accommodate unique situations throughout the build process. They are humble enough to admit a mistake and quick to fix. With all projects there will inevitably be obstacles and with their commitment to their/our clients and their get it done attitude it always seems to make the challenges easier.
I have also personally seen their commitment to quality on the inside of their builds and also to their warranty process. They employ a solid team and obtain solid subcontractors as well. A point to note also, their subcontractors stand behind their work also.“

“We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. The latest project was a multi-room renovation of our kitchen, powder room and the primary bathroom.

Our design consultant, Kingsley Catalucci, has always been a great listener who is collaborative in the design process and takes pride in making the design experience fulfilling for the customer. Scott Erno, who was our project manager all three times, is a consummate professional who cares about his work and is meticulous in completing his work to the highest standards. Scott was on the job every day, making sure that work was proceeding according to schedule and that it was done at the highest level of workmanship. Our design build coordinator, Craig Berube, is very accommodating and helpful. In addition, he caught a number of plumbing and electrical problems that needed to be addressed as well as a gas leak we were not aware of.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied customers and honestly couldn’t imagine having a better experience with the renovation process. From the first design meeting with Kingsley to the on-time completion of the project, Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath exceeded all of our expectations. RIKB is a top notch company from top to bottom and it runs like a well-oiled machine.
