“We hired Brian Goodridge (Thor Studios) to help design and plan the renovation of our home. We appreciated how he used (and emphasized) natural light, as well as his attention to room flow and efficient use of space. We were so happy with Brian’s work that we hired him again years later for a larger project.

We have a 1950’s Cape Cod home, in a neighborhood full of 1950’s Cape Cod homes. We needed additional space and wanted to ensure that our additions fit the neighborhood and preserved the aesthetic of the original structure. Brian took time to understand our vision. He designed two additions. One enlarged the garage and added a family room. The other added a primary suite. There is a courtyard in between. Brian also designed an expanded kitchen and guest bathroom within the existing structure. Brian added subtle design accents inside and out that appropriately elevated our home’s appearance. Brian was supportive in our effort to obtain a zoning variance of a setback requirement. Brian was also an excellent support and willing to help any way that we needed during the construction process.

We are so happy with our new space. Brian designed a better version of the home we love. Brian is professional and friendly. Our repeat business is a strong endorsement.“
