Doctor was amazing but staff is not. Removing trash bucket out of my room I was in and gathering all trashes from other rooms because I was clearly the last patient of the day. So unprofessional. I got charged the wrong amount for the visit because they didn’t help me figure out my insurance and when I had asked “it was too late”.
I have been coming here for years,,it's busy. So minimal wait is to be expected 20 min tops.
The assistant and the doctor did NOT treat me like a # and took care and understanding explaining any questions I may have.
I'm 53 so they know what there doing and been doing it a Long time.
This was my very first time here. I had a great experience getting assistance after I had gotten into a workplace accident that affected my eyes. I walked in, got signed up, made an appointment, and then I was seen relatively shortly after. The front desk staff were so kind to me and the doctor, Chad, is a wicked cool guy and was able assess what was going on with my eyes efficiently.
