I'm in Jamestown, and had a hard well water problem that caused my Symmons shower valve to spray only cold water. . They sent Ethan - he was fantastic! Punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up after - the perfect plumber. He had the problem fixed in less than a half hour. I will definitely call them again - I highly recommend. Definitely recommend Tom Peters plumbing! Affordable and same day service on one of the coldest days of the winter season. I had no heat in my bedroom and none in my children's bedroom. my plumber was booked out a week and told me to call Tom Peter's. The office assistant was so helpful and professional. She tried trouble shooting some thermostat issues with me and her boss called me back within the hour and had Adam come out to my house two hours later. Adam was so professional and answered all my questions. He was so sweet with my nervous dog and did the work in under one hour. I had leaking main water line in basement. My regular plumber had no availability. Called Tom Peter's Plumbing 6/21/23 @ 12:30 pm received call from Sean at 1:35pm that day Ethan arrived at 2pm and service was complete by 3:45. I couldn't be happier with the prompt response and service. Especially since I was not an active customer.
