I'm looking forward to writing SHS a *Great* review - waiting for a tech to come out for my appointment this week. So far, withholding judgment but will write a full review once my pest problem (yellow jacket nest inside my basement!) is eradicated.I called and left a voicemail on Sunday (Business was closed - didn't expect a call back on Sunday). Called and left another voicemail on Monday soon after SHS opened - no call back within an hour. I called again around 9:20 and got a very helpful person who took my info and checked tech availability.So, I'm scheduled for Wednesday afternoon - if you have a routine appointment between now and then, I'd be glad to swap with you so I can get the nest out of the house earlier!!*Review from my other account (@my parents' old house in MN while visiting) deleted and this one slightly edited*

Lem just left. What a wonderful young man. He answered all my questions, explained amazing things about ants! I will definitely use them again if needed.Service: Bug & insect extermination

Not only was the company fast to schedule someone to come by, they were professional and on time. Very helpful guy, explained many things to me as well. I highly recommend this company.Services: Rodent extermination
