Joe came for the initial consultation and was one of the most honest and genuine sales people I’ve ever met. Lenny oversaw the project and he was also wonderful. The most deserving people of this 5 star review are Josh and Ethan who led the installation. They were beyond friendly, respectful, and polite and kept me updated on everything from start to finish. They were such a pleasure to work with and after just moving to Rhode Island 2 months ago, there’s no other company I’ll work with in the future.“

“My wife and I moved into a house in Portsmouth and 10 days later the HVAC went out-both the upstairs and downstairs units needed to be replaced. We got estimates and Superior Comfort was by far the most reasonable. The new Trane units were installed within days and we were upgraded at no cost due to shipping backloads.The systems were installed in the winter so the AC couldn't be checked. In the summer a leak in the old lines was detected and Superior Comfort had new lines installed in a day. I have been around for a long time and can say with absolute confidence that I have never dealt with a more professional company in my life-from their sales force to their technicians. If you live in Superior Comfort's service area do yourself a favor and call them if you need HVAC work.“

“I completely disagree with the negative reviews for Jestings.
I'm a general contractor and use Jesting's for many of my projects. I've never had any issues during rough phase or the finish inspections. My clients are always satisfied with the work. I am fully responsible for their work on my projects so their work must always pass my inspection first. Very seldom do I have any issues with their work. The occasional time I do have an issue, it is usually a simple aesthetic problem which is promptly addressed without excuses or debate. Their guys are well-trained in code and procedure.
Having projects done by a skilled, knowledgeable electrician is very important. Not only to keep you and your family but to also avoid the catastrophic damage caused by an electrical fire from shoddy careless workmanship.
I don't mean to be overly effusive, but sometimes reviews are a lot more caustic than they should be. I would like Justin's company to be around so that I can continue hiring him for my future projects.

“I call this plumber for service after developing a small leak and received a pleasant greeting that immediately scheduled an appointment 7 days later, due to their busy schedule, which they explained. "Jack" showed up on time on the appointed date and completed the work in about two hours as a cost of just over $200 including materials. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was the 7 day timeframe for an appointment. Two other plumbers were call; one would not come out because I was not already a client.
