After looking into a few different carpet cleaning companies in Pawtucket, we decided to go with this one because they seemed the most professional and their cleaning process made a lot of sense to us. They used specialized equipment to deep clean the carpets and then applied a clear protective sealer, instead of just doing a simple hand clean or trying to cover up stains. This was perfect for us since our carpets were fairly new but had some tough drywall dust stains that we wanted completely removed, not just hidden. We want to give all the stars and the moon for KING CARPET CLEANING! We first picked them because they are veteran-owned, which means a lot to us as our son is currently serving. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch service. James did an amazing job on our carpets and tile—it was a big task because we have two puppies and two adult dogs who have really put our floors to the test. Our rooms look so much brighter now, and the difference is like night and day. They truly went above and beyond our expectations!
