The most honest person. I mistakenly, sent a blank check to the wrong address. He found the correct person and called to let them know he had the check.
Thank gosh that there are still honest people left in this world.

John put my mind at ease with all the detail that goes into planning a service. He is not pushy, doesn’t rush you and after speaking with him I felt going with Brown Funeral home in North Smithfield was the best choice.

Lisa was also great. She helped with the details for that day as well and kept me on track with what needed to be done. She went above and beyond getting the slideshow done and making a backup for me as well.

Especially at a time of sorrow, you want to work with good hearted people of which they both were. Highly recommend!

We used Keene-Brown in Nov & Dec for my mother's services and passing. From consulting to planning and everything in between they were absolutely amazing. My mother passed at home and they were fast and very easy to work with. John was amazing with giving us all kinds of details that we needed about cremation, collaborating with the church, the celebration of life afterwards, the obituary, the prayer cards.
