It’s odd to see some negative about turnaround time - I dropped my lawn mower off (carb issue) and needed cleaning etc June 3 and was told it could be approx 3 weeks due to busy season - I understand it - it’s the rush period - yet today June 11 they called to say it was ready - Wayne and his team are thorough, knowledgeable and courteous — highly recommend them and maintaining some sensitivity to the season when dropping your equipment off. Also — Ideal’s pricing is very reasonable!!!!

I am disappointed. I waited 3 weeks for my lawnmower repair - a push mower. I understand they are swamped. On the first mow with the repaired lawnmower, THE WHEELS FELL OFF!! The engine was purring however, that's why the 3 stars rather than 1 star. They came back the day I called, repaired the lawnmower, and brought it back. Fingers crossed the wheels stay on. The worst part was the nasty attitude of the woman working the desk and doing the deliveries. There is no need for her to have such an attitude. A friend of a friend warned me not to use Ideal, but I did not listen. I hope this helps someone else make an informed decision.

My snowblower was not working. Called Wayne. He had someone pick it up and fix all that was wrong with it and returned it to me within a few hours. Completely satisfied with the efficiency and professional manner of Wayne and his team.
