I brought a suit to George that I should have returned. It was 10 sizes too big but I was crunched for time.
George made the suit fit better than any suit I’ve ever worn in my 40 years of life. Highly recommend this company.
I've been going there for some time but lately, service is poor and prices outrageous. I recently asked for a dress hem- they told me $150.00! Then haggle me down to $90.00. I left and another business did it for $45.00. I did leave 2 pairs of pants to hem at $20.00 each. I got them back wrinkled. Will never go there again.
I find the customer service to be off-putting.
They are not pleasant. Feels like an inconvenience whenever I go in. At most places, a smile + hello how can we help you? is typical customer service. Do not expect typical customer service here.
I need dry cleaning 1 - 2 x/year and they are just around the corner, so I go back. After reading the reviews however, I will not take my alteration needs there.
