“I rarely write reviews, but when I find someone amazing, I feel they deserve recognition. I live out of town and was recently visiting my brother in Rhode Island helping him recover from open heart surgery. He had not been up to cleaning his home for quite some time and had heard of Maria’s cleaning service through the VA. So, we decided to give her service a try and I am so grateful for the amazing job. Getting my brother’s house under control was quite a major undertaking. Maria started with 2 days of deep cleaning followed by regular cleaning every 2 weeks. She used both eco-friendly and pet-friendly products. My brother was so pleased with the results and even commented that he thought his home could never look this great again. Even his kitchen cabinet doors looked like new! It was important to him that certain items not be moved (e.g., important papers). Maria was very respectful of his wishes and was able to establish an important trust. Maria was conscientious in her communication before each cleaning and obviously took great pride in her work. It was important to her that we were pleased with her work. When I left town, I felt like my brother was in good hands . . . I feel I can rely on Maria to maintain a clean, healthy environment for him.
