Samantha (the owner) was flexible in coming to the house to assess needs for a deep clean (followed by monthly upkeep). This post reflects deep clean only. Samantha was thorough, kind, and understood the complexities of working around skittish kitties and the unique challenges of an older home. The team who did the project understood that as well, which was a big relief. They did a thorough and efficient job and absolutely nothing was amiss. I did a final walk through where they pointed out a few understandably stubborn spots. Otherwise things were spotless. We were so happy that we will continue with monthly upkeep.
