Universal Nails is an owner-operated salon known for exceptional service. The technicians are friendly, nice, and very good at their job. The space feels nice and casual. They offer acrylic sets, fill-ins, and pedicures, with everything fair priced. Their work is perfect every time and stays on very well. The business is highly recommended for its flexibility and wonderful results.
Such a great salon! This business is owner operated and I had my first acrylic set ever there today. I showed the technician / owner a photo and she did a wonderful job. She was so friendly and nice and the feel of the space is nice and casual. I'll try a pedicure next but I'm definitely going back for my fill-ins in a few weeks. ?
Didn’t really like where I was going before and needed a fill. She did a BEAUTIFUL job, gave me the perfect shape nails!!! So friendly and wonderful experience!!!!! Why did I not find this place sooner?!?!?!
To the customer that left a recent review name Janet. We would like to at least let everyone hear our side of the story. When you came into our salon you never mention that you don't like the Dremel use to remove your gel polish on your hands but when used for your pedicure it was fine. But instead when use for your hands you just yank your hands out when we tried to buff the nails before we wrap the gels to let soak off. We also offered to touch up what we already buffed off to fix it but you declined rudely by saying "I'm going somewhere else to do your nails"! which is fine because we don't remove gel polish without using dremel that is the only efficient way we do it here at the salon without using it would take double the time (1hr 30m) and would delay us back from our next client. We also think before you leave a false review to torment a business during this tough time please consider explaining the story in its entirety. We've been here for 15 years and have built our business on customer service and pride in our work.
