I know some of the reviews speak to longevity. I can't speak to that as I just had the gutters installed. However I wanted to speak to their professionalism. Derreck was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times before the gutters even went up consulting me on questions I had. I got estimates from 3 other companies. His seemed the most fair.
Derreck and Eric were a pleasure to work with! I reached out about a month ago for an estimate, and they came the next day. We wanted to update our gutters from the faded gray/blue we had before to black. The leaf guard system they installed is great - it strengthens the gutter and can't be seen from the road (and it's black, so it looks good from above as well.
We had to reschedule because of rain on the day we'd initially chosen. Derreck offered a couple of days that fit in our schedule.
