Excellent facility and equipment. You won't find a cleaner gym. I've been in many gyms and health clubs (59yrs), the caring, support, and commitment of this staff makes them STAND OUT.

We love OSCW. Great trainers, great staff. Very approachable. Wonderful community vibe, like all the Ocean State family. Older clientele, usually pretty quiet, seldom have any trouble getting to your machine. Easy parking. What’s not to love?

5 + stars. Every class I attend (5 a week) is energizing. The trainers and coaches put 100+ % of effort into each class incorporating different workouts each class. I am amazed at the individual attention everyone in class receives to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly or to customize the exercise to the individuals needs. Trainers have helped me thru double hip surgery and shoulder. The Zumba class with Lauren is so much fun, a great workout and brings such positive energy to the class.
