My fiancé and I joined the gym while we were in RI for a few months for work and it's been our favorite gym yet. Very nice facilities, great, classes, and great coaches. Special shout out to Andrew and Becca. You guys are the best!

I thoroughly enjoy this gym. It's maintained extremely well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of "space" to work out, with no overcrowding of machines or programs. Hours are convenient. I've belonged to several different area gyms in the past. This one is the best, by far.

I have had the Regymen membership for over 2 years and I love it. The coaches are all really nice and will encourage you to push yourself. Regymen is great for me because I hate thinking about my workouts and the group part motivates me to keep going. Highly recommend if you are someone who needs some structure but not 1:1 attention like in personal training.
