Came here yesterday with my mom to get pedicures. I’m leaving more than 1 star because I had a great experience with Kitty. I wish I could say the same for my mom but Gary gave her an absolutely terrible experience. Kitty was wonderful and very kind to me. She took her time to make sure I had a good experience. She turned on the massage chair for me (as all of them should) and made sure I was comfortable. Gary did not for my mom. She tried to turn the remote on for the chair and asked for help. It’s hit or miss with this place. Today was a miss. The lady working on my hands seemed irritated when I mentioned the shape wasn’t uniform - pissed off when I mentioned the polish was set over the cuticle and under the nail saying it was skin. It wasn’t. She made me feel so uncomfortable with this surly attitude I just paid and left instead of having this feeling of shame like I’m a diva-brat. It’s a shame because I’ve had some great manicures in this place but a few of them are not it and need to learn some grace.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I suppose you receive what you give. It was my first time here and had a great experience. Good service and very reasonable. It’s been two weeks now and nails still look great. Will return!
