It was my first time here and had a great experience. Good service and very reasonable. It’s been two weeks now and nails still look great. Will return!
I honestly do not know how they have only 3.8 stars. This had to be one of the top 5 best experiences I've ever had. They were able to take 3 of us on a Saturday (always an issue). When you open the door you aren't assaulted with an acetone smell, in fact the place is very clean. The pedis were consistent -- so many times we get the same thing, but all get different experiences and procedures. The staff was friendly. All of us had different manis (regular, dip, and gel uv), and all of us had excellent service. We even *got* manis, as typically you only get nails done and no one bothers with cuticles or massages. Stylist: Josh is always wonderful. I ask for him when I make an appointment.
The receptionist, Ariel, is perfect. She is kind, respectful, and always polite. She always wears a smile and remembers who I am. So glad she is at Star on Bellevue.
