Love Spa Fjor for my appointments with Melissa. Melissa is always welcoming and so kind. She always asks if I have any concerns and listens carefully when I explain an issue. She offers advice and even walks out to go over products I may find helpful. When checking in the staff is friendly and so pleasant. The spa is calming and peaceful, the robes are lovely and the amenities offered are perfect. As a side note- It would be wonderful if there were a small shower in the Facial Room to use quickly before exiting to the public area. Overall my last two years have been a true pleasure. Called with questions looking to book for a girls day, and Jaime was beyond helpful on giving us all the information we need to enjoy the day. When it came to best time to book, nearby attractions and dining she seemed to know it all! We are looking forward to our visit this Spring! Thanks Jaime!
Exceptional biologique recherche facial by Melissa. My skin was radiant and glowing after getting this treatment. Loved the massage during masks and the serene environment. The locker room offered so many amenities along with teas and infused water. Can't wait to return!
