Outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve is very responsive. Steve is pleasant to work with. The crew (better word is team) was engaged, respectful and hard working. They did a lot of rooms and we were able to stay in the house. Steve sent extra workers so that they could finish our job on schedule after we increased the project scope by 25%. On the last day the crew stayed really late to finish up. I am fussy and inspected carefully prior to the first coat and was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. They put in the hours and did it right. No shortcuts. They did our floors and a large oak staircase which was very tedious work. I am impressed with the result. Very smooth and dust free finish. Thanks again to the Renaissance team for a job well done.

Steve and his team did a beautiful job refinishing our wood floors. The whole team was respectful of the fact that we were working from home. They did a great job cleaning up each night and they are all-around good people. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we love our floors!
