I've been seeing Monica Gross for over 20 years and she is the best PC Physician you could ask for. She listens to all of your concerns and takes as much time as you need. She is always knowledgeable regarding new and current medical advancements, and will look into any medications or procedures you have questions about. She literally saved me years of pain when I became seriously ill with an immunocompromised Mystery illness. Sending me to the hospital and working with the ER doctors to quickly establish what was the cause. It can take years and many doctors to get a Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. She narrowed it down quickly and 3 months later I was on my feet and out of pain. Dr Gross is a genuine, caring person and I owe her much.

Excellent and caring doctor. Note that many bad ratings relate to the manner of office staff not the doctor herself. It is my understanding that there is new staff coming.

Showed up to the walk-in clinic in need of medical attention and to my surprise they had a sign hanging on the door saying That they aren’t accepting any walk-in patients today which I don’t understand how that’s possible because it’s a walk-in clinic.

Dr Gross is a very caring Dr. She spent time with me regarding my issues. I wasn't rushed at all. I was on a different antibiotic which was prescribed by a PA that was not doing anything. She prescribed me a different one that is working. I do have to say the person at the desk when you walk in was not so friendly. 5 stars to Dr Gross. Thank you

This was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a walk-in clinic, customer service wise. From the moment we came in, an older lady with grey hair was running the reception desk. Extremely rude, arrogant, and just simply unprofessional. It seemed as though it was almost a burden for her to do her own job. She was going back and forth from the reception desk to the back, and you could hear her complaining about clients in the back. I understand if you’re having a bad day, but to let it out on clients and the staff is just wrong. If I could leave a zero star review I would!

I wanted to post here to share my positive experience with this urgent Care clinic. I have gone to this clinic approximately eight times in the past several years, and every time I have been seen within 30 minutes, treated kindly, and listened to by the staff and medical providers. They've become my go-to place for illness that won't go away on its own.

I have had a head cold for over a month and decided to go to the walk-in at 1:30. I didnt have strep, covid, or flu. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, and alongside another review on here, it's like they don't want people that are sick walking into their walk-in clinic. She blatantly stared at me and mocked me, making me feel guilty and incompetent for coming in sick and demanded me to put on a mask. I then proceeded to get checked by the nurse, and told that the doctor would be in shortly. I was then waiting in the room for an hour and a half, and walked out of the room asking if there's any idea of when the doctor will come in. She said "soon, she's just finishing up". I proceeded to wait another 45 minutes. The doctor was very nice but I am appalled at the management in this facility. The room was very run down and outdated. When I walked into the facility, it looked like a bomb went off- papers and files thrown everywhere, a disorganized reception desk, and maybe 1 nurse, 1 doctor, and 1 receptionist there. After I payed my co-pay, I said thank you and have a great day, and the receptionist said rudely "what are you talking about, you can't leave" as if I knew the reasoning behind why i needed to stay? Never want to go back. I don't know how this place is still running. If anyone wants to find a good place to revamp, it's this place. For everyones sake.
