I've been seeing Monica Gross for over 20 years and she is the best PC Physician you could ask for. She listens to all of your concerns and takes as much time as you need. She is always knowledgeable regarding new and current medical advancements, and will look into any medications or procedures you have questions about. She literally saved me years of pain when I became seriously ill with an immunocompromised Mystery illness. Sending me to the hospital and working with the ER doctors to quickly establish what was the cause. It can take years and many doctors to get a Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. Excellent and caring doctor. Note that many bad ratings relate to the manner of office staff not the doctor herself. It is my understanding that there is new staff coming.

Dr Gross is a very caring Dr. She spent time with me regarding my issues. I wasn't rushed at all. I was on a different antibiotic which was prescribed by a PA that was not doing anything. She prescribed me a different one that is working. I do have to say the person at the desk when you walk in was not so friendly. 5 stars to Dr Gross. Thank you
