Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the home ! There were a few issues when we arrived, including not having sheets for the king-size bed, only 1 working bathroom for our group of eight, along with no A/C in one of the bedrooms for night one. However, I really appreciated that the host / Narragansett Property responded promptly and worked to make things right.While the stay wasn't perfect, I very appreciate how the issues were handled. I would definitely use them again!
We couldn't have asked for a better rental property! The house was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and situated in a great Narragansett neighborhood.
From start to finish, the entire booking and rental process with Narragansett Properties was incredibly smooth and completely free of any problems.
Their team made everything seamless, and it was clear from the moment we arrived that they take immense pride in maintaining their homes to the highest standard. The prime location made our stay convenient, and the immaculate condition of the house allowed us to fully relax.

This is year two of working with Narragansett Properties and I cannot say enough regarding the communication before, during and after both of our stays at the fabulous Ocean Front Home. They are extremely courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with them again next year planning our third summer family vacation.
