I will admit, I do not like to sweat, but this sauna is perfect for opening your pores, cleansing your body and getting all the toxins out that you may not know you have in your body. It’s great after working out, if you feel a cold coming on or even just relaxing for your “me” time.

It’s a delight for all your senses. Before you even enter there is a calming scent greeting you in the hallway. The decor is minimalist, giving an impression of simplicity. I am coming back...
