I just had my first negative experience here. I believe her name was Hena. She was just not very kind, the experience felt rough and overly rushed. I came into my car and saw two nail dents in my new pedicure from her “ checking”. I still tipped even though I didn’t have the best experience, she did not even say thank you. Very unfortunate.
Great place. Very clean. One of the cleanest nail salons I've been in in years. Great service. So good after my first time i decided to make a monthly appointment and I live in another state. Totally worth the drive.
So overall the experience wasn't great but wasn't terrible, it was meh. Booking the appointment online was very easy and straightforward. Got there and was directed to pick out a color.
After that all services felt very rushed. My pedicure was overpriced for no reason. My manicure was okay, left with each nail a different size and length and shape. Some nails also look like they were painted 2 weeks ago. Nothing about it looks fresh.
I don't think I would recommend, and also don't think I will go back.
