I was in distress as I was in possession of a dead laptop and a corrupted external drive. I brought everything in to NCC on a Friday and by Monday I had everything back. Jason and Matt were extremely helpful and patient (even sympathetic) to my problems as I feared that I had lost all my photos. I have about 100 GB so you can imagine how great a loss this would have been. Even late in the day on Friday Matt was still working on getting my laptop restored which he did first thing on Monday.
Many thanks to NCC for rescuing my data. The team is thoroughly professional and great to work with, at a very reasonable price. Many thanks to you all!

These guys are great. Brought my PC in due to cooling problems and they walked me through what was causing the issues, fixed the problem quickly and helped me understand the root cause. They were very thorough in explaining possible causes and how they fixed the overheating CPU. The prices were absolutely fair and reasonable and the service was great. Can’t recommend them enough, amazing shop.Thanks so much to the team for fixing my PC.

After troubleshooting for hours with Apple advanced tech on the phone, it was recommended that I take my late model iMac to NCC in hopes of installing the operating system which couldn’t be accomplished otherwise. Success! Very happy customer here!
