Played here for the first time. Course is in good shape considering the hot/dry summer. Enjoyed our golf experience with one exception. We were a twosome with a 2:24 tee time. There was a twosome ahead of us that had a 2:15 tee time. We asked the person in the pro shop if we could play as twosome. He said, "absolutely not, no twosomes allowed on Sunday." So, we paired up with the 2:15 twosome. Come to find out, there was a twosome behind us and a twosome behind them. So. the pro shop guy was being untruthful.

I called Crystal Lake golf club looking to be added to a preferred vendors list as I am an entertainment company, I got transferred three or four times. However, I got a hold of a staff member by the name of Megan and she was absolutely helpful. Gave me the proper email and explained the process best she could from what she knows. Thank you so much! I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter this past weekend and Kayla and the staff at Crystal Lake did an amazing job. My family and friends loved the space, food and drinks. We selected the Brunch Royale. The pasta, chicken and fish were all delicious and perfectly cooked. The eggs and waffles were also perfect. Eggs were not soggy and watery like I have experienced at other places that serve buffet. Also received positive feedback about the tasty sangria and mimosa bar. Kayla was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. I would highly recommend you have a special event here.
